1- Learning Spanish like crazy: This YouTube channel presents lots of different everyday situations in Spanish to teach typical sentences associated with them. There’s usually a presenter who introduces the topic and then it is followed by written sentences that will make it easier for you to understand and practice what’s been said. The videos, however, are not very modern, so when you first access the channel it might seem like they aren’t dynamic enough. This is actually not the case! They are very clear and diverse, so don’t hesitate to give them a shot.
2- Spanishpod101: The videos you will find in this channel are very well-produced and dynamic. Another good thing is that searching for different topics is easy and they are constantly uploading new videos. This ensures that you will be able to keep a routine when it comes to your learning process. Some videos are focused on grammar, for example, “when to use por or para”, and others concentrate on a topic, such as, “how to plan a meeting”. You’ll get to choose the ones that are more appropriate for you according to your level and needs.
3- Web Spanish: If you are looking for videos that are funny, made by professional actors recreating situations, this is the YouTube channel for you. Even though sometimes it seems a bit exaggerated, they achieve the objective, which is pronouncing everything slowly and correctly so that you can follow from beginning to end. There are no translations whatsoever, so we would recommend this channel to students with a B2 onwards, but you will find subtitles in Spanish that will help you keep the pace.
4- Señor Jordan: Who said that learning a language had to be serious? With this teacher you will learn while laughing non-stop. He is a natural performer that guides you through basic Spanish topics using words and images that pop-up to help you understand. He is very creative and even teaches through songs or role plays to aid in better understanding. It’s definitely worth watching!
